At R.A.D®, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance needs. If your purchase isn't hitting the mark, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original R.A.D® box, ensuring all tags and protective packaging are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
